Junk journaling is all the rage right now and I couldn't be happier about it. Technically junk journaling is creating a journal page using found materials (receipts, packaging, advertisements, etc.) and art journaling is a little broader, designing more with an end goal in mind (maybe you're journaling about feelings or about a specific place, for example) and using more art supplies and techniques. My approach has always been to combine the two and do whatever I feel like in the moment. There's so much freedom is creating just to create, without the pressure of trying to produce an amazing piece of art.

This is a workshop, not necessarily a class. You'll have access to my supplies (paper, stamps, markers, stickers, etc) to create your own journaling page. I'll be there to help however you need but this isn't a class where I'm guiding everyone to make the same project.…
